You must be willing to travel, work hard, multi task and pick up skills that may not necessarily be within your comfort zone.  You should be proficient in Microsoft office (yes, we do get applicants who are not!), have an understanding of behavioral statistics, psychometrics and assessment methodologies.  As a team, we share a passion for books, travel and history. We value integrity and use this as the "absolute" basic criterion of screening out applicants. We do not offer our consultants with defined role descriptions. As entrepreneurs, we own all business /client related activities.
